By using IloveVideo you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

IloveVideo is a free, browser-based tool for compressing, converting, cropping, and packaging video files. All processing runs locally in your browser via WebAssembly. No files are transmitted to any server. The service is provided as-is, without any guarantee of uptime or availability.

Permitted Use

You may use IloveVideo to process files for which you hold the necessary rights. You agree not to:

• Use the service to process material that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

IloveVideo is built on open-source software including FFmpeg (LGPL/GPL) and FFmpeg.wasm. The IloveVideo interface, branding, and original code are proprietary. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to the IloveVideo name, logo, or original source code.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IloveVideo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including any loss of data or files.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
